Job Description

As part of its business development plan, Decisyon is looking for a proven, experienced Sales Manager in Milan.

The ideal candidate has significant proven experience in selling software solutions regarding Business Intelligence, Planning, CRM, MES, and ERP. The candidate will work with enterprise-class customers and will respond to the Sales Director.

Skills and Experience

Ideal profile:

  • Proven experience in selling software solutions to enterprise-class customers in the areas of Business Intelligence, Planning, CRM, MES, and ERP
  • Strong English and Italian language skills
  • Strong orientation toward getting results
  • Excellent interpersonal and busiess skills
  • Organized and able to operate autonomously
  • Available to travel (Italy and abroad)
  • Diploma or Degree
  • Proven ability to build and deliver credible business value propositions at C-Suite level
  • Demonstrable success in selling complex software solutions
  • Strong business development skills
  • Ability to understand the customer’s buying process
  • Ability to close customer agreements and obtain customer purchase orders
